Sticky Caramel & Chocolate Chunk Muffins

I love the Werthers Original caramel candy's. Making a liquid caramel from these, is an amazing idea! So try it! You can use it for everything. Dip your fruit, pretzels, or in my most recent case, your muffins in it! 

Also used it as a swirl through the inside of the muffin.

These are Jumbo sized muffins, and very fluffy!

Brownie & Butter Cake ♡

Fantastic idea if you can't choose between a brownie or a cake!

It's a butter cake, baked on top of a brownie layer.

The brownie batter has Dutch cacao & dark chocolate in it, and I put chocolate chips in the cake batter. It turned out so good! 

It tasted even better the next day! Just a little fudgier. And in my book, fudgier is always better.
